Day 1 - Gallipoli Tour
Breakfast and Lunch Inlcuded
Pick up at 06:30 from your hotel and departure for Gallipoli
which is 5 hours drive from Istanbul. We will visit; Kabatepe
War Museum, which
contains relics from the campaign including original diary
extracts and letters, Brighton
Beach,
the intended landing place. Lunch, Beach Cemetery on the
southern tip of Anzac
Cove, the
landing place of the first wave of Australian and New Zealand
troops and home to up to 30.000 troops during the campaign, Lone
Pine Australian Memorial, site
of the successful attack and capture of Turkish trenches by the
Australians during the August offensive, Johnstons
Jolly where
you will visit the original Allied and Turkish trenches and
tunnels, The
Nek, Chunuk Bair New Zealand Memorial, captured
by the New Zealanders during the August offensive. Overnight in
Canakkale.
Day 2 - Troy Tour
Breakfast Included
After breakfast, pick up from your hotel or hostel and drive to
the Ancient city of Troy. Our guide will reveal stories of the
famed battle between Achilles and Hector, and reveal the fable
behind the Trojan horse. The tour will be maximum of 2 hours.
Around 11:45 am we will drop you off to Canakkale city center
for free time. The tour guide will let you know the exact
meeting time and departure place to meet in Eceabat for drive
back to Istanbul. Depart for Istanbul at approximately 18:00
and arrive to Istanbul
around 22:00 - 23:00 and transfer to your hotel.
End of your tour and services.
